  Political Persecution History and Mind Control Analyzed History 1946-2025
      While America is a very wealthy (although indebted) country with a history of freedom and a proud history of gradually expanding the rights enjoyed by American citizens, America also has its share of human rights violations problems, including a history of covert and covert hi-tech political persecution units.
     The sad reality is that the political backlash against all of the political progress of the 1960's and 1970's, including civil rights, the war on poverty, the peace movement, ending the Vietnam War, the counterculture, feminism, environmentalism, the greens, increased human rights, the pro choice movement, and the initially slow to change public opinion gay rights movement, has led to too many political activists and targeted individuals being murdered.  The most prominent murders of political activists and targeted individuals in the 1960's and 1970s were overt, but covert murders of political activists and targeted individuals are alleged to have occurred between 1953-2021.
     In addition to activists occasionally dying in political conflict flash points, political persecution murders by the Ku Klux Klan in the 1960s, and other lethal hate crimes, the U.S. federal government engaged in both overt/acknowledged and covert/secret political persecution efforts between 1946-2021.  Some of these government political persecution efforts involved covert or secret police task forces that went about the illegal business of illegal covert political repression and political persecution, and that tragically sometimes included the accidental death or even the deliberate murder or assassination of political activists and/or targeted individuals.

     Before I provide my own detailed list, here are some books about political persecution/repression in America from 1870-1946 and 1946-2025.

E. Howard Hunt, a former CIA agent, made a deathbed confession that the CIA conspired to kill President John F. Kennedy in 1963.  Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a 2024 Democratic presidential candidate, claims that the CIA was involved in kiling his uncle JFK, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, in 1963.  America was totally shocked by the Nov. 22, 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy, also known as JFK. Zapruder filmed 26.6 seconds or 486 frames of 8mm film and produced a video of the entire tragic Nov. 22, 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, TX on film.  The film is now known as the Zapruder Film.  (Oddly, Zapruder and his heirs received a lot of money for the Zapruder film.  On Nov. 23, 1963, Zapruder sold the Zapruder film to Life Magazine for $150,000.  In 1975, Time, Inc. (which owned Life magazine) sold the film back to the Zapruder family for $1.  In 1999, the US government paid Zapruder's heirs $19 million for the Zapruder film and let them retain the copyright.)

     William Blum has written various books documenting CIA and American global misconduct and political repression.  These books include:

     The CIA is not the only organization that breaks laws and violates human rights.  The Black Book of Communism: Crimes, Terror, Repression Hardcover – October 15, 1999, which includes Black Book of Communism free to view content, documents that communists also violate human rights.
     Jeanne Kirkpatrick in 1979 wrote Democracies and Double Standards and her 1980's Reagan era Kirkpatrick Doctrine attempted to rationalize massive U.S. human rights violations by labelling the U.S. Cold War factions' human rights violations as authoritarian, while labelling the communist factions' human rights violations as totalitarian.  Human rights violations are wrong, period.
     Ironically, the 1980's Kirkpatrick Doctrine, according to Wikipedia, claimed that totalitarian regimes were "attempting to control the thoughts of their subjects, using not only propaganda, but brainwashing, re-education, widespread domestic espionage, and mass political repression".  This sounds suspiciously like the CIA's Project MKUltra mind control program and CIA and FBI/police contractor mind control political persecution.


1946-1975
   During the first era, from approx. 1946 to 1973 or 1975, including the conformist and conservative 1950s and the rebellious and progressive 1960s, there were multiple US government overt and/or covert political persecution units in America.  These included:
     1. 1949-1959: Operation Paperclip.  After WWII, Operation Paperclip was a secret US intelligence program that involved covertly hiring between 1945-1959 during the Cold War around 1,600 German scientists from Nazi Germany to work for the US government.  Unfortunately, many of these German scientists were once members of the German Nazi party.  It is alleged that some of these previously Nazi scientists worked on the CIA's Project MKUltra.
     2. 1951-1953/later: On Aug. 20, 1951, The CIA started Project Artichoke, a CIA mind control research program designed to research how to force or mind control a victim to assassinate someone.  It was director by the CIA's Paul F. Gaynor. The CIA's 1951-1953 Project Artichoke led to the CIA's 1953-1973 Project MKUltra.  Some sources claim the CIA's Project Artichoke was operational until at least 1960 or 1970.
     3. April 10, 1953: CIA Director, Allen W. Dulles, delivers a speech on Brain Warfare at the National Alumni Conference of the Graduate Council of Princeton University at Hot Springs, VA.  The original typed speech is a little hard to read.  After accusing the Communist Soviets, Nazi Germany, and the Communist Chinese of all using brain washing on their citizens, he comments that "We in the West are somewhat handicapped in brain warfare because there are few survivors and we have no human guinea pigs to try these extraordinary techniques. . "  3 days later, the CIA launched Project MKUltra, a major mind control program.  (Ironically, on page 11, he claims that American confessions to the North Koreans of participating in germ warfare (aka biological warfare) against North Korea during the Korean War are false.)
     4. April 13, 1953-1973: The CIA's Project MKUltra mind control program.  This included:
          4.1. An MKUltra mind control MKUltra Delta brainwashing and covert mind-controlled political assassination program that was allegedly behind some covert political assassinations in America.  One suspicious coincidence is that some political assassins, have been linked to the novel Catcher in the Rye.  Assassin Mark David Chapman was obsessed with Catcher in the Rye, and the book has also been linked to Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirhan Sirhan, and David Hinckley.  Mark David Chapman was probably brainwashed with MKUltra Delta brainwashing prior to his tragic 1980 assassination of John Lennon.  (US covert ops mind control worker Jay Pendelton has admitted that they still have the Holden Caulfield Catcher in the Rye brainwashing tech software in 2021.)  For example, one assassin, Mark David Chapman, who was obsessed with the fictional character Holden Caulfield in the novel Catcher in the Rye, probably went through some sort of MKUltra Delta brainwashing.
   
          4.2. Dr. Donald Ewen Cameron's 1957-1964 notorious torture of mental health care patients in Canada.  Dr. Cameron created a time-wasting for it's victims repetitious mind control brainwashing technique called psychic driving brainwashing.

      In 1972 and/or early 1973, CIA director Richard Helms ordered the CIA to destroy all CIA MKULTRA mind control research documents.

     5. 1963/earlier-2021/now: The beginnings of CIA Project MKUltra covert ops hi-tech political persecution units, including political assassinations (the CIA term MKUltra Delta means an MKUltra mind-controlled assassin), have been traced back to at least 1963-1964, 10-11 years after the start of Project MKUltra in 1953.
          5.1. In 1963, Zapruder filmed the political assassination of President JFK or John F. Kennedy on Nov. 22, 1963 in Dallas, Texas, by an assassin named Lee Harvey Oswald [not spelled oz walled], and an ambulance driver named Aubrey Rike (who just happened to be at the hospital after claiming his patient had "fainted"} helped Mrs. Kennedy handle the dead body of the President.  Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a 2024 Democratic presidential candidate, claims that the CIA was involved in kiling his uncle JFK, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, in 1963.
          5.2.

          5.3  In 1968, alleged mind control victim James Earl Ray (who claimed he was framed by a man named Raoul [not spelled ray owe you'll]) tragically shot Martin Luther King, Jr. at the Lorraine Hotel in Memphis, TN.  In 1993, Lloyd Jowers and Donald Wilson backed the story that a man  named Raoul or Raul was involved.  In 2015 the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) completed their review of Lloyd Jower's and Donald Wilson's claims.
          5.4. In 1968, Robert Francis Kennedy was assassinated.  Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a 2024 Democratic presidential candidate, claims that the CIA was involved in kiling his uncle RFK, Robert Francis Kennedy, in 1968.


     6. In July 1963, the CIA published a secret Cold War CIA global interrogation manual called KUBARK Counterintelligence Interrogation.  It was declassified in Jan. 1997, and declassified again on Feb. 25, 2014.  Wikipedia claims it and some other U.S. Army and CIA interrogation manuals have been referred to by various media sources as the "torture manuals".

     7. Time frame: Beginning around 1948 or the early 1950s--reduced between 1973-1977--probably 2021/today.
     The CIA's Operation Mockingbird, an alleged CIA media manipulation, media infiltration, and payment of media workers system.  Frank Wisner [not spelled Frank wiz ner], director of the Office of Policy Coordination, Phil Graham from The Washington Post [who tragically killed himself on Aug. 3, 1963], and Cord Meyer from the CIA are alleged to have been involved in the CIA's Operation Mockingbird.  Carl Bernstein, who reported on the Watergate Scandal for the Washington Post around 1973-1975, wrote a major article on The CIA and the Media in 1977.  In his 1977 article, Carl Bernstein wrote "the Agency has cut back sharply on the use of reporters since 1973".  ("Agency" means "CIA" and "sharp" presumably means intelligent and alert thinking from a brain not disabled by mind control technology.)  On Dec. 26, 1977, the New York ran an article Worldwide Propaganda Network Built by the C.I.A..  When the CIA declined to buy the Brussels Times newspaper, the CIA commented that "it was “easier to buy a reporter, which we've done, than to buy a newspaper.”.
   For example, Phil Graham of The Washington Post is alleged to have run the CIA's Operation Mockingbird.
   For example, The Washington Times, a smaller conservative competitor to The Washington Post, was founded in 1982 by News World Communications, an international media conglomerate associated with the Unification Church, after The Washington Star newspaper went out of business.  (News World Communications also owns UPI, United Press International.)  "By 2002, about $1.7 billion had been spent by the Unification Church subsidizing the The Washington Times according to former employees."  According to U.S. intelligence reports released by Congress in 1978, "Rev. Sun Myung Moon's Unification Church was founded by a director of the Korean Central Intelligence Agency, Kim Chong Pil, as a political tool in 1961."

     8. 1963/earlier-2021/now: The production of a variety of TV shows, movies, music, and books with mind control themes, going back to a least 1963.  For example the 1963-1966 TV show My Favorite Martian starring Ray Walston [originally Herman Raymond Walston] introduced MKUltra mind reading ideas to the US TV viewers, including a Nov. 17, 1963 season 1 episode 8 called "The Awful Truth" that involved a controversial mind-reading of a politician by a journalist, a highly unusual TV episode that was seen by TV viewers just 5 days before President JFK was assassinated in 1963.  A mellow popular Simon and Garfunkel song, The Sounds of Silence, a song that some claim is about mind control, was written in 1963-1964.  The mellow 1970 song Box of Rain, possibly about a mind control [or "ray in"] machine, was smoothly written by Grateful Dead songwriter Robert Hunter, a CIA Menlo Park MKUltra drug experiment participant.  Meanwhile, a too-cheerful Beatles 1969 song Maxwell's Silver Hammer probably sang about MKUltra mind control beam weapon murder in a too cheerful manner, years before antiwar Beatle John Lennon was killed by an allegedly mind-controlled assassin Mark Chapman in 1980.  John Prine in the 1970 song Illegal Smile complained that "I dreamed the police heard every word I thought, what then?...".

     9. Nov. 1964: After political activist Martin Luther King won the Nobel Peace Prize on Oct. 14, 1964, the FBI responded by smearing and persecuting political activist Martin Luther King in 3 FBI actions:
           1. On Nov. 18, 1964, 1 month and 4 days after King was awarded the Nobel Peace prize [and only 6 days less than a year after Zapruder filmed the physical assassination of US President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, or JFK], FBI director J. Edgar Hoover publicly claimed at a press conference on Nov. 18, 1964 that "In my [J. Edgar Hoover's] opinion, Dr. Martin Luther King is the most notorious liar in the country."
           2  Next, in Nov. 1964, FBI employee William Sullivan persecuted political activist Martin Luther King by sending him a smear/hate/blackmail/suicide/character assassination letter.  Wikipedia labels the letter the FBI--King Suicide Letter.
           3. The FBI supplied their smear/hate/blackmail/suicide/character assassination.and additional dirt file documentation targeting political activist Martin Luther King to FBI-selected reporters, who did not publicly report FBI allegations and dirt file data mentioned in the 1964 FBI--King Suicide Letter.
           A Nov. 13, 2014 NPR article, FBI's Vicious Letter To King Holds Lessons On Surveillance, Hindsight, includes these comments on why the media did not report the FBI's smear material on Martin Luther King, Jr.  "The FBI took the information they had about King's sex life and talked to a lot of friendly reporters in Washington and elsewhere," [Yale professor Beverly] Gage said, but the press wanted no part of it — partly because press culture was very different then.  Gage pointed out that this was the era of John F. Kennedy, and the media wasn't reporting his affairs either.  She also said lots of journalists in the '60s didn't want to tarnish King's cause.  "I think reporters were also quite aware that this was a pretty targeted effort to discredit Martin Luther King — and by extension the Civil Rights Movement in general — and were kind of leery of playing into that campaign."

     10. Late 1940s-1950s, particularly 1950-1954: McCarthyism, or the 1950s anti-communist persecution and blacklists.  McCarthyism, including McCarthy, HUAC, and the FBI, produced a number of acknowledged victims or targeted individuals.

     11. July 7, 1950: FBI director J. Edgar Hoover submitted a plan to preemptively lock up or mass arrest approx. 12,000 Americans 12 days after the start of the Korean War.  President Truman rejected Hoover's recommendation.

     12. 1938-January 14, 1975: HUAC, or the House Un-American Activities committee.  HUAC produced a number of acknowledged victims or targeted individuals, including the 1946-1956 and later Hollywood Blacklist.  In 1959, HUAC was denounced by former President Harry S. Truman as the "most un-American thing in the country today".  Resistance to HUAC grew in the 1960s and included the 1960 anti-HUAC protests in San Francisco.  In 1969 it was renamed the House Committee on Internal Security, and it was later abolished on Jan. 14, 1975.

     13. 1958-1971 and later: COINTELPRO was Hoover's FBI's secret police covert war against left-wing political activism in the 1960s.  Illegal COINTELPRO-style political repression continued long after the FBI's official COINTELPRO program was probably shut down at some (possibly unknown) time after the Citizen's Commission to Investigate the FBI seized secret FBI COINTELPRO records on March 8, 1971.

War at Home: Covert Action Against U.S. Activists and what We Can Do about it [1989 book].

     14. 1967-1974: Operation CHAOS was the CIA's secret police war against left-wing political activism and the counterculture.  Backlash or complaints against the CIA's Operation CHAOS, printed in one key Dec. 22, 1974 New York Times article by Seymour "Sy" Hersh, led to the Congressional Church and Pike Committee hearings from 1975-1976.  One participant in the CIA's Operation CHAOS was alleged to be Bill Clinton, a very smooth politician who was later elected US President from 1993-2001.


     15. 1972: Nixon White House plots and fails to assassinate Washington Post investigative reporter Jack Anderson.  A Sept. 12, 2009 crime magazine article describes the assassination plot.  G. Gordon Liddy, a convicted criminal, a Nixon administration official, and the alleged 1972 Watergate burglary mastermind, was involved in the Nixon Administration's government plot to kill Jack Anderson.


1975-2025
    16. 1990-1993-2007-2015-now.  HAARP, the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program, began in 1990.  Construction on the HAARP project began in 1993 and was completed in 2007.  HAARP, and similar technologies built around the world, are alleged to be capable of heating the ionosphere, weather modification, causing earthquakes, and modifying human brainwaves [aka "mind control"| in a targeted area.  According to Wikipedia, "In May 2014, the Air Force announced that the HAARP program would be shut down later in 2014.[3][11] While experiments ended in the summer of 2014, the complete shutdown and dismantling of the facility was postponed until at least May 2015.  In mid-August 2015 control of the facility and its equipment was turned over to the University of Alaska Fairbanks, which is making the facilities available for researchers on a pay-per-use basis.]"

    17. 1991: During the U.S. vs. Iraq Jan 17, 1991 – Feb 28, 1991 Gulf War, the US Military used silent sound spread spectrum mind control technology in a mind control attack against the Iraq army in 1991 using the 100 MHz frequency from the deserted Saudi Arabian town of Al Khafji during Operation Desert Storm in a successful attempt to induce some of the Iraqi army to surrender.  The Iraqi army launched an attack of Al Khafji between Jan. 29. 1991-Feb. 1, 1991.  On March 23, 1991, an ITV news brief High-Tech Psychological Warfare Arrives in the Middle East covered the story which was allegedly censored in the US media.  Silent sound spread spectrum technology was patented in 1992, US Patent #5,159,703, and Edward Tilton, President of Silent Sounds, Inc., wrote a letter on Dec. 13, 1996 claiming that the US military classified silent sound spread spectrum technology schematics.  A 1998 report by Judy Wall, Military use of Silent Sound Mind Control Weapons, mentions the US military 1991 use of mind control weapons.  A July 8, 2012 Pakistan Cyber Force report found the US military's use of silent sound spread spectrum mind control technology during the 1991 US vs. Iraq Gulf War very alarming.

     18. Feb. 28-April 19, 1993: WACO Siege, also known as the WACO massacre, according to Wikipedia.  On April 19, 2021, according to Wikipedia, "Eventually, the FBI launched an assault and initiated a tear gas attack in an attempt to force the Branch Davidians out of the ranch. Shortly thereafter, the Mount Carmel Center became engulfed in flames. The fire resulted in the deaths of 76 Branch Davidians, including 25 children, two pregnant women, and David Koresh himself."  Wikipedia and the FBI claim that some of the people inside the besieged WACO building started the lethal fire on April 19, 1993 [after they had endured a 51 day FBI siege].
      The FBI used psychological warfare during at least part of the 51 day siege.  The US media noticed the FBI's interest in using Russian mind control technology called acoustic psycho-correction in the WACO siege.  The US media did NOT notice any use of covert US mind reading and mind control technology like remote neural monitoring or silent sound spread spectrum technology during the 1993 WACO siege.  An April 21, 1993 article claimed the FBI used |"an array [not spelled and a ray"] of sophisticated gadgets".  It also claimed that FBI agent Jeff Jamar [not spelled "jam our'] claimed "I won't discuss what our intelligence techniques are," Mr. Jamar said. "I'll just say to you that we had outstanding intelligence in many respects, but very inconsistent and sometimes very inconclusive."

     19. 2003-2004/later: Abu Ghraib, a prison in Iraq, was where the US military tortured Iraqi prisoners.  2004 news reports included shocking pictures and stories of the US military torturing prisoners in Iraq.


      20. Jan. 14, 2007: Thought Wars or Mind Games, a detailed 1/14/07 Washington Post Magazine article on mind control, by Sharon Weinberger.


     21. Nov. 4, 2008.  Barack Hussein Obama is elected President.  According to The Manufacturing of the President, the CIA's Insertion Of Barack Obama into the White House, by investigative reporter and conspiracy theorist Wayne Madsen (webmaster of the Wayne Madsen Report), Barack Hussein Obama's family background includes people who were involved with the CIA.


     22. 2009: Hi-tech mind control, electronic warfare, psychological warfare, and electronic harassment siege in Honduras also included the initial use of toxic gas against Honduran President Manuel Zelaya in the Brazilian Embassy in Honduras after Honduran President Manuel Zelaya was kidnapped, deported, and overthrown by a 2009 Honduran military coup.  The hi-tech embassy siege occurred while Honduras was under a 45-day state of emergency [also described as a "state of siege"] political repression/crackdown that began on Sept. 22, 2009, the day after deposed Honduran President Manuel Zelaya returned to Honduras on Sept. 21, 2009.  Honduran President Manuel Zelaya, while he was under siege at the Brazilian Embassy in Honduras starting in Sept. 2009 after earlier being overthrown, kidnapped, and deported by a military coup in Honduras, claimed that Israeli mercenaries ran the hi-tech electronic warfare, that he described as "high frequency radiation", against him.  While the Miami Herald and UPI got the news story right, and an AP photographer who was enduring the electronic harassment siege complained that sleep deprivation from electronic sound harassment "fogs your mind" and described electronic psychological warfare as "messing with our heads", some US media news stories were at least initially extremely skeptical or disbelieving about Zelaya's presumably accurate reporting of his being attacked in 2009 by electronic harassment, toxic gas, electronic sound harassment, psychological warfare, and hi-tech covert mind control technology that Zelaya described in 2009 as "high frequency radiation".

     23. 2014-03-26: An Economist/YouGov poll on the CIA shows 34% dissaproval of the CIA by the American public.  Specifically:
          1. Congress only get a 10% approval rating, and a 66% disapproval rating.
          2. 37% of Americans disagreed that "the CIA can usually be trusted...".
          3. 46% of Americans disapprove of the way "Congress is handling its job of monitoring the CIA".
          4. 40% of American did not trust Congress or the CIA "to do what is right for the country."

.    24. 2016-now: Havana Syndrome is officially reported by the U.S. government, initially by the U.S. State Department and by the CIA.  US State Department, CIA, and even in 2021 a few White House personnel have reported symptoms that seem to me like they are under the same or similar covert hi-tech electronic harassment and mind control attacks that targeted individuals in America have been complaining about for years.  Havana Syndrome is current news in 2025.  Some of the news stories might choose to include targeted individual concerns, like covert hi-tech mind control technology, including silent sound spread spectrum technology, covert hi-tech mind reading technology, directed energy weapons or DEWs, targeted individual complaints, and US national targeted individual organizations.

     25. July 1, 2021: The Hunt for Dissidents, by Peter Gonzalez, explains that the government investigation (and/or persecution) units are now sometimes blaming and targeting white people.

     26. Sept. 30, 2021: Gallup polls report that "Job Ratings of Many Key Federal Agencies Decline" between 2019-2021.  Specifically:
     1. Gallup polls claim FBI approval dropped from 57% to 44% between 2019-2021.  Gallup poll claims Republicans approval of the FBI dropped from 46% to 26% between 2019-2021.
     2. Gallup polls claims CIA approval dropped from 60% to 41% between 2019-2021.  Gallup poll claims Republicans approval of the CIA dropped from 59% to 25% between 2019-2021.
     3. These changing Gallup poll numbers are amazing.  Here is Gallup.com's explanation: "The declines in agency rating may also reflect the negative effects of the pandemic on Americans' views of society and governance, a broader decline in trust in government this year, as well as the recent slide in President Joe Biden's job approval rating."
     27. Feb. 24, 2022: Russia invades Ukraine.
     28. June 6, 2022: Public trust in government "near historic lows" Pew Research Center claims.  [A revised 2022 version politely deletes "near historic lows" from the title.]  According to Pew Research Center, public trust in the government started declining around Dec. 2, 2005 [coincidentally less than 8 months after I started publicly complaining about government political persecution and mind control at EmpowermentResources.com before building StopJayPendelton.com and other websites], and has remained low during President Bush's second term, Barack Obama's presidency, Donald Trump's presidency, and Joe Biden's presidency.  Trust in the government was lowest amongst voters in the political party that lost the previous presidential election and did not elect their presidential candidate and then watched the other's party's presidential candidate serve as President of the United States and run the government from the White House.
     29. June 24, 2022: The US Supreme Court officially overturned the 1973 Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision.  3 of the Supreme Court Justices that voted to overturn Roe v. Wade were appointed by Republican President Donald Trump.  All 5 Supreme Court Justices who voted to overturn Roe v. Wade are Catholic.  Now a pro-choice faction, mostly nonreligious democrats who are according to a gallup poll mostly the young, the college educated, high income professionals, and minorities, who support a women's second wave feminism (that was also called women's liberation at the time) right to choose a college education and/or paid employment and a career instead of biology-is-destiny motherhood and being an unpaid domestic housewife, is stuck arguing state by state with a pro life faction that wants to impose its republican moral pro life anti-abortion pronatalist religious values on the nonreligious but often young, often college educated, often prosperous, and often middle class, and also often minority/nonwhite pro-choice faction.  While democratic blue states usually support abortion rights, republican red states usually have republican pro life values.  (By the way, second wave feminism, then called feminism and women's liberation, increased the US workforce and increased average family income after a 1945-1973 post-world war II US economic boom with real wages rising each year until the 1973 Arab oil embargo and 1970s stagflation.)
     The debate becomes even more complicated if you calculate that an estimated 74% of known female pregnancies developed into childbirth and motherhood, while an estimated 10%-20% or more of these pregnancies ended in miscarriage, and an estimated 13% of pregnancies were deliberately ended by abortion.  Also, women who experienced late periods might have had a miscarriage without even knowing they were pregnant.  [The statistical data I could quickly find is imprecise, and statistical calculations vary.]
     CIA mind control involves a shadowy CIAish deep state mind control network attempting to remotely control people's brains.  Now a Supreme Court with 3 new Catholic Trump appointees where 6 of 9 Supreme Court Justices are now Catholic (and 5 of these Catholics were appointed by Republican presidents) has retracted a 1973 Supreme Court guaranteed constitutional right to end a pregnancy by abortion and this retraction of Roe v. Wade now allows some state laws to legally control a women's body, specifically a women's womb.

Sept. 21-Oct. 31, 2022.  A Russian military draft of approx. 300,000 draftees between Sept. 21-Oct. 31, 2022 resulted in hundreds of thousands of Russians fleeing from Russia to avoid the Russian military draft.  By Nov. 4, 2022, some draft dodgers started to return to Russia after an Oct. 31, 2022 public announcement that the Russian 2022 military draft was finished.

Aug. 4, 1857: Abolitionist and ex-slave Frederick Douglass said:

Defeating Fascism during World War II

May 12, 1945: U.S. President Harry S. Truman wrote a note that claimed "We want no Gestapo or Secret Police. F.B.I. is tending in that direction. They are dabbling in sex life scandles [sic] and plain blackmail when they should be catching criminals. They also have a habit of sneering at local law enforcement officers.
This must stop. Cooperation is what we must have " - U.S. President Harry S Truman, May 12, 1945.

Jan. 6, 1946: Martin Niemöller, wrote a confession about how how apathetic the German people were when the German Nazi government sent to Nazi concentration camps and killed one targeted group after another.
This long confession was later condensed into a multiple versions of a shorter quote.  This is the version quoted by the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust,

Stopping Communism during the 1947-1991 Cold War
    The evils of CIA and FBI political persecution and CIA MKUltra mind control political persecution can be traced back the US goal of stopping global communism during the 1947-1991 Cold War.

September 18, 1947: The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) was publicly created in 1947 with the signing of the National Security Act, effective Sept. 18. 1947, by President Harry S. Truman, after some political conflict.  (A predecessor of the CIA was the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) that existed from June 13, 1942--September 20, 1945 during World War II.  Another predecessor of the CIA was the Psychological Warfare Division which was formed in November 1942 during World War II.)

Aug. 20, 1951: The CIA secretly created Project Artichoke.  It was preceded by an April 5, 1950 CIA secret funding request for the CIA's Project Bluebird and it was followed by the CIA secretly creating Project MK-ULTRA in 1953.  According to Wikipedia, "The primary goal of Project Artichoke was to determine whether a person could be involuntarily made to perform an act of attempted assassination."  According to Wikipedia, a Jan 1952 CIA Project Artichoke memo asked "Can we get control of an individual to the point where he will do our bidding against his will and even against fundamental laws of nature, such as self-preservation?"  A Jan. 22, 1954 CIA Project Artichoke memo further analyzed this topic.

Nov. 4, 1952: The National Security Agency (NSA) was secretly created in 1952 by President Harry S. Truman.  NSA's secret existence was first publicly acknowledged in 1975 during Senate Church Committee Hearings on CIA and FBI misconduct.  Before then, it was secret and nicknamed "No Such Agency."

April 10, 1953: CIA Director, Allen W. Dulles, publicly delivers a speech on Brain Warfare at the National Alumni Conference of the Graduate Council of Princeton University at Hot Springs, VA.  The original typed speech is a little hard to read.  After accusing the Communist Soviets, Nazi Germany, and the Communist Chinese of all using brainwashing on their citizens, he comments that "We in the West are somewhat handicapped in brain warfare because there are few survivors and we have no human guinea pigs to try these extraordinary techniques. . "  3 days later, the CIA launched Project MKUltra, a major mind control program.

April 13, 1953--1973: The CIA secretly established a major mind control research program, Project MKULTRA (also spelled MK-ULTRA or MKUltra), run by Sidney Gottlieb.  Most MKUltra records were shredded and destroyed in 1973 by order of CIA director Richard Helms,

CIA Bluebird hypnotist, Milton Kline, an expert hypnotist, once said that he could “create a patsy in three months” and “an assassin in 6 [months]".  {Milton V. Kline actually visited and examined the jailed assassin Mark Chapman and worked for his defense team.  Mark Chapman was the allegedly mind-controlled man who assassinated John Lennon on Dec. 8, 1980.  Milton V. Kline was also convicted in 1981 of perjury for faking his academic credentials.)

Jan. 17, 1961: U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower said: "In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together." -- U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Eisenhower's farewell address to the nation, Jan. 17, 1961.

October 24, 1962: The_Manchurian_Candidate, a movie about a fictional assassin, Raymond Shaw, brainwashed by the communists to be an assassin.  The fictional Raymond Shaw, blamed on the communists, seems like a fictional version of a CIA MKUltra Delta brainwashed and mindcontrolled assassin.

July 1963: CIA publishes a secret KUBARK Counterintelligence Interrogation manual that includes torture.  It includes the Theory of Coercion, Arrest, Detention, Deprivation of Sensory Stimuli, Threats and Fear, Debility, Pain, Heightened Suggestibility and Hypnosis. and Narcosis.

Nov. 22, 1963: President John F. Kennedy was assassinated.  Numerous conspiracy theories exist, including those from wikiwand, Wikipedia, and PoliticalAssassinations.com.
The alleged 2003 deathbed confession of CIA and Watergate operative E Howard Hunt claimed the CIA conspired to kill Kennedy:
According to Wikiwand, "In the April 5, 2007 issue of Rolling Stone, Saint John Hunt detailed a number of individuals implicated by his father including Meyer, as well as Lyndon B. Johnson, David Sánchez Morales, David Phillips, Frank Sturgis, an assassin, he termed "French gunman grassy knoll" who many presume was Lucien Sarti, and William Harvey."  (While I have probably heard some of these name in Sept. 2024 from Jay Pendelton's borg network, these people would be 60-61 years older than they were on Nov. 22, 1963, if any of them are still alive today.  [However, some of their coworkers, wives, and/or children might be alive today.)

Nov. 22, 1963: Zapruder [not spelled Zap ruder] filmed the political assassination of President JFK or John F. Kennedy on Nov. 22, 1963 in Dallas, Texas, by an assassin named Lee Harvey Oswald [not spelled oz walled],

Dec. 22, 1963 [one month after President JFK was assassinated]:  Retired U.S. President Harry S. Truman, who initially created the CIA, wrote a Washington Post op-ed article called Limit CIA Role To Intelligence.

Nov. 18, 1964 [1 month and 4 days after King was awarded the Nobel Peace prize [and only 6 days less than a year after Zapruder filmed the physical assassination of US President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, or JFK],
FBI director J. Edgar Hoover publicly smeared Martin Luther King, Jr. and claimed at a press conference on Nov. 18, 1964 that "In my [J. Edgar Hoover's] opinion, Dr. Martin Luther King is the most notorious liar in the country."

Oct.  26, 1967: Martin Luther King, Jr. said in his street sweeper or life blueprint speech:
"You have a responsibility to seek to make life better for everybody. And so you must be involved in the struggle for freedom and justice.
Now in this struggle for freedom and justice, there are many constructive things that we all can do and that we all must do. And we must not give ourselves to those things which will not solve our problems.
You’ve heard the word “nonviolent” and you’ve heard the word “violent.” I happen to believe in nonviolence. We’ve struggled with this method with young people and adults alike all over the south. And we have won some significant victories. And we’ve got to struggle with it all over the north because the problems are as serious in the north as they are in the south.
But I believe as we struggle with these problems, we’ve got to struggle with them with a method that can be militant but at the same time does not destroy life or property.
And so our slogan must not be “Burn, baby, burn,” it must be “Build, baby, build." Organize, baby, organize.

1969: The Greatful Dead's iconic lightning bolt and skull logo, designed by Owsley "Bear" Stanley and Bob Thomas, started out as stencil art originally used to mark the Grateful Dead's equipment while on tour in 1969.  It was later called the "Stealie" or "Steal Your Face" logo.


1971: A federal agent named George Hunter White who directed the CIA's Operation Midnight Climax wrote to CIA MKUltra director Sidney Gottlieb in 1971, “Of course I was a very minor missionary, actually a heretic, but I toiled wholeheartedly in the vineyards because it was fun, fun, fun. Where else could a red-blooded American boy lie, kill and cheat, steal, deceive, rape and pillage with the sanction and blessing of the All- Highest?”

1972-1973: Newly elected Senator Joe Biden (first elected to the U.S. Senate in Nov. 1972) later wrote about his experience after a tragic December 18, 1972 fatal car crash that killed his wife Neilia and badly injured his children in his 2008 book Promises to Keep: On Life and Politics [page 81] by explaining
"I felt God had played a horrible trick on me, and I was angry."
 The full quote explains that in 1972-1973 Joe Biden was experiencing anger while coping with severe adversity.
"...I had not known I was capable of such rage. I knew I had been cheated out of a future, but I felt I'd been cheated of a past, too.   The underpinnings of my life had been kicked out from under me…and it wasn't just the loss of Neilia and Naomi. All my life, I'd been taught about our benevolent God.  This is a forgiving God who is tolerant.  This is a God who gave us free will to be able to doubt.  This was a loving God, a God of comfort.  Well, I didn't want to hear anything about a merciful God.  No words, no prayer, no sermon gave me ease.  I felt God had played a horrible trick on me, and I was angry.  I found no comfort in the Church.  So I kept walking the dark streets to try to exhaust the rage..."
Later, then Senator and now President Joe Biden served on the United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, which was created on May 19, 1976 after the 1975-1976 Church Committee's investigation into CIA and FBI misconduct.
In 2008, democratic presidential candidate [and popular young relative novice] Barack Obama selected experienced senator Joe Biden to run for vice president with him, and they were both elected in 2008 and reelected in 2012.
In 2020, after a delayed entry into the democratic party presidential primary election campaign, experienced Vice President Joe Biden was elected President of the United States with heavy election votes backing by democratic party southern blacks on Super Tuesday 2020.
On June 27, 2024, President Joe Biden [possibly disabled by covert CIA mind control technology, as a Matt Novak July1, 2024 Gizmodo.com article suspects], stumbled badly during the critical June 27, 2024 presidential election debate with republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.  [by the way, the webmaster of this website experienced an extremely rare amount of possibly sabotaged adversity just before and after the June 27, 2024 presidential election debate.]
On July 21, 2024, after some public prodding and some personal political calculations, President Joe Biden dropped out of running for reelection and endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris instead.

Oct. 1974: Bernie Sanders: the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is " a dangerous institution that has got to go", accountable to no one "except right-wing lunatics who use it to prop up fascist dictatorships".  Bernie Sanders was running for Senate speaking at a Senate candidates forum at the time while running for Senate as a member of the Liberty Union Party at the time.

Dec. 22, 1974:New York Times article on Huge C.I.A. Operation Reported in U.S. Against Antiwar Forces, Other Dissidents in Nixon Years, by Seymour "Sy" Hersh.  This article on Operation CHAOS led to the Congressional Church Committee and Pike Committee hearings from 1975-1976.

The CIA saved and later published on the Internet some of the media's Dec. 22-27, 2024 criticism of the CIA.
Dec. 23, 1974: New York Times article Ford Forbids C.I.A. to Act Illegally in Domestic Field, by John Herbers.  The New York Times article reported that "President Ford said today that he had informed the Central Intelligence Agency he would not tolerate the agency conducting any intelligence operation with the United States in violation of its charter." 
Dec. 23, 2024: President Ford said to the media: "They [the C.I.A.] have a very specific charter and they should live up to the charter."
(In Oct. 1998, An article by Sam Smith in the Progressive Review later revealed that in the 1960s "Bill Clinton, according to several agency sources interviewed by biographer Roger Morris, works as a CIA informer while briefly and erratically a Rhodes Scholar in England."   Bill Clinton, a very smooth politician, was later elected US President from 1993-2001.)

Feb. 16, 1976: The Village Voice printed excerpts from the leaked Pike report on Feb. 16, 1976. on the final report of the Pike Commitee by the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.  Congress never voted to approve and release the report for public knowledge.


1977: U.S. Senator Richard Schweiker had the following interchange with Dr. Sidney Gottleib, an important MKULTRA administrator:
Schweiker: Some of the projects under MKULTRA involved hypnosis, is that correct?
Gottleib: Yes.
Schweiker: Did any of these projects involve something called radio hypnotic intracerebral control, which is a combination, as I understand it, in layman's terms, of radio transmission and hypnosis?
Gottleib: My answer is 'no'.
Schweiker: None whatsoever?
Gottleib: Well, I am trying to be responsive to the terms you used. As I remember it, there was a current interest, running interest, all the time in what affects people's standing in the field of radio energy have, and it could easily have been that somewhere in many projects, someone was trying to see if you could hypnotize someone easier if he was standing in a radio beam. That would seem like a reasonable piece of research to do.

Oct. 20, 1977: Carl Bernstein wrote a major article on The CIA and the Media, How Americas Most Powerful News Media Worked Hand in Glove with the Central Intelligence Agency and Why the Church Committee Covered It Up.  (Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward previously reported on the Watergate scandal for the Washington Post.)

Dec. 15, 1978: Operation Mind Control: The CIA's Plot Against America, by Walter Bowart, and a forward by Richard Condon, is published.


July 10, 1979: ABC News broadcast Mission: Mind Control.  It summarized the early MKULTRA mind control research programs, including MKULTRA's LSD research.
According to the Internet Archive description of the 1979 ABC News broadcast,
"One of the topics covered by this intriguing film is the bizarre activity of a man named George White, who operated outside of the law while directly under CIA direction. At minute 47 into the documentary correspondent Paul Altmeyer states, “And what of George White, the man who helped the agency in so many of its programs. Shortly before his death, he wrote to his boss at the CIA, Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, and summed up his career by saying, ‘It was fun, fun, fun. Where else could a red-blooded American boy lie, kill and cheat, steal, deceive, rape and pillage with the sanction and blessing of the all highest.'”

March 23, 1980: Catholic Archbishop Óscar Romero said :“In the name of God, and in the name of this suffering people whose cries rise to heaven more loudly each day, I beg you, I implore you, I order you, in the name of God, stop the repression!” -. Catholic Archbishop Óscar Romero, March 23, 1980, in his sermon in church.
On the next day, March 24, 1980, Catholic Archbishop of San Salvador Óscar Romero was assassinated while saying mass in church.
On March 30, 1980, Wikipedia estimates 250,000 people attended Romero's funeral, where an estimated 31 people were killed by gunmen, who I suspect were right-wing paramilitary lethal political persecution workers.
Previously, on Feb. 2, 1980, in a speech at the Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium, he complained about severe human rights persecution of the Catholic Church in El Salvador. He complained that " In less than three years, more than fifty priests have been attacked, threatened, calumniated. Six are already martyrs—they were murdered. Some have been tortured and others expelled [from the country]....."

1987: U.S. Supreme Court Justice William J. Brennan Jr. wrote, in a dissenting opinion to United States v. Stanley, 483 U.S. 669 (1987):
Before addressing the legal questions presented, it is important to place the Government's conduct in historical context.  The medical trials at Nuremberg in 1947 deeply impressed upon the world that experimentation with unknowing human subjects is morally and legally unacceptable.  The United States Military Tribunal established the Nuremberg Code as a standard against which to judge German scientists who experimented with human subjects. Its first principle was:
"1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential."

"The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment.  It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity."
United States v. Brandt (The Medical Case), 2 Trials of War Criminals Before the Nuremberg Military Tribunals Under Control Council Law No. 10, pp. 181-182 (1949) (emphasis added).  The United States military developed the Code, which applies to all citizens -- soldiers as well as civilians.
In the 1950's, in defiance of this principle, military intelligence agencies and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) began surreptitiously testing chemical and biological materials, including LSD.  These programs, which were "designed to determine the potential effects of chemical or biological agents when used operationally against individuals unaware that they had received a drug," included drug testing on "unwitting, nonvolunteer" Americans...."

November 16, 1988: Washington Post owner and editor Katharine Graham said to a CIA audience: "We live in a dirty and dangerous world. There are some things the general public does not need to know, and shouldn't. I believe democracy flourishes when the government can take legitimate steps to keep its secrets and when the press can decide whether to print what it knows."  Katherine Graham made this comment as part of her speech on "Secrecy and the Press" to a packed auditorium at CIA headquarters as part of that agency's Office of Training and Education's Guest Speaker series.  (If you want to know more about Katharine Graham, you can read Katharine the Great: Katharine Graham and Her Washington Post Empire, a book that she and Ben Bradlee went to some rare effort and expense to try to suppress.)

1992: Martin Cannon wrote: "The spectre of technofascism haunts the democratic nations.  All the powers of the espionage empire and the scientific establishment have entered into an unholy alliance to evoke this spectre: psychiatrist and spy, Dulles and Delgado, microwave specialists and clandestine operators."  Martin Cannon's original 1992 article, Mind Control and the American Government, was in the 1992 Lobster magazine, volume 23.  The article is also referenced by StopDisablingBrains.com.

April 28, 1997:  U.S. Secretary of Defense William Cohen said
"Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.
So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations.  It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts." -- Secretary of Defense William Cohen at an April 1997 "Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy" at University of Georgia, sponsored by former Georgia Senator Sam Nunn.  William Cohen made his comments during a question and answer session during the DoD News Briefing Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen Monday, April 28, 1997 - 8:45 a.m. EDT.  William Cohen mentions Alvin Toffler earlier in his quote, and he is probably referring to information in page 143 of the book "War and Anti-War: Survival at the Dawn of the 21st Century", by Alvin Toiler and Heidi Toffler, 1993.
While the quote claims "it's real" [meaning that there are real unconventional threats to US national security], one writer has attempted to debunk the William Cohen quote anyway

2001, 2002, and 2005: Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich proposed the Space Preservation Act that attempted to ban exotic space-based weapons including:
   "1. electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;
    2. chemtrails;
    3. high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;
    4. plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;
    5. laser weapons systems;
    6. strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and
    7.chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons."

May 16, 2002: New York Post headline claims U.S. President "Bush Knew" about the 9/11/01 terrorist attack on New York City in advance.


2003-2004/later: Abu Ghraib, a prison in Iraq, was where the US military tortured Iraqi prisoners.  2004 news reports included shocking pictures and stories of the US military torturing prisoners in Iraq.


2005-2015: the main targeted individual organization was Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance (FFCHS).  FFCHS 2005-2015 leader Derrick Robinson left FFCHS in Oct. 2015 and started PACTS.

May 19, 2015: Richmond, California passed Resolution 51-15 in support of the Space Preservation Act.  "NOW THEREFORE BE IS RESOLVED, that the city council of the City of Richmond [Califronia] hereby supports the Space Preservatrion Act and companion Space Preservation Treaty, to ensure that individuals will not be targets of space-based weapons."
On June 1, 2015, CBS News reported "Richmond [California] police have been inundated with calls for help from people who feel under attack from space-based weaponry because of a City Council resolution passed last month, according to Mayor Tom Butt."

April 15, 2019:  Mike Pompeo said "when I was a cadet, what’s the first – what’s the cadet motto at West Point? You will not lie, cheat, or steal, or tolerate those who do.  I was the CIA director. We lied, we cheated, we stole.  (Laughter.) It’s – it was like – we had entire training courses. (Applause.) It reminds you of the glory of the American experiment."
He gave the speech in a happy mood, and received applause from the crowd.

Mike Pompeo's cheerful admission on April 15, 2019 that "I was the CIA director. Oct. 8, 2021: Congress passed the Helping American Victims Afflicted by Neurological Attacks Act of 2021 or the HAVANA Act of 2021.

Dec. 16, 2021: The US government is now officially trying to stop mind control technology in China.  The media eventually reported that on Dec. 16, 2021, the U.S. Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) blacklisted and imposed trade restrictions on 34 organizations in China, three in Georgia, one in Malaysia and two in Turkey that are accused of trying to research and develop "brain warfare weaponry", which sounds like another name for mind control technology.  In response, Beijing has accused the U.S. government of “abusing” export controls to “wantonly block and hobble” Chinese enterprises and to "maintain its sci-fi hegemony."

Donald Trump's 10-point plan includes some ideas that he claims are trying to stop U.S. intelligence agency misconduct, but his Republican 10-point plan and his Agenda 47 presidential election campaign plans are much larger Trump plans than simply stopping US intelligence agency misconduct.

Jan. 15, 2025: U.S. President Joe Biden said: "You know, in his farewell address, President Eisenhower spoke of the dangers of the military-industrial complex.  He warned us then about, and I quote, “the potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power,” end of quote. Six day lec- — six decades later, I’m equally concerned about the p- — potential rise of a tech-industrial complex that could pose real dangers for our country as well. -- U.S. President Joe Biden, Biden's farewell address to the nation, Jan. 15, 2025..




    The sad reality is that the political backlash against all of the political progress of the 1960's, including civil rights, the war on poverty, the peace movement, the counterculture, feminism, environmentalism, the greens, and increased human rights, including gay rights, has led to too many political activists and targeted individuals being murdered.  The most prominent murders of political activists and targeted individuals in the 1960's were overt, but covert murders of political activists and targeted individuals are alleged to have occurred between 1953-2025.
    In addition to activists occasionally dying in political conflict flashpoints, murders by the Klu Klux Klan in the 1960s, and other lethal hate crimes, the U.S. federal government established at least 4 secret police task forces that went about the illegal business of illegal covert political repression, and that tragically sometimes included the accidental death or even the deliberate murder or assassination of political activists and/or targeted individuals.  These repressive secret police task forces were and/or are 1) COINTELPRO, 2) Operation CHAOS, 3) military intelligence units, and 4) MKUltraish mind control political persecution workers.  Jay Pendelton and alias B2, 2 of these mind control workers, have variously identified themselves as CIA, NSA, or FBI SID or SID (the FBI Special Intelligence Division or Special Investigation Division), or government contractors (aka "deep state").  They are probably historically CIA (Jay has claimed Jay knew Sidney Gottlieb (who ran the CIA's Project MKUltra) and that Jay did mind control work since the 1970s) with an interest in government contracting and/or false-flagging (falsely identifying who they work for).  COINTELPRO was Hoover's FBI's secret police covert war against left-wing political activism in the 1960s.  Illegal COINTELPRO-style political repression continued long after the FBI's official COINTELPRO program was probably shut down at some (possibly unknown) time after the Citizen's Commission to Investigate the FBI seized secret FBI COINTELPRO records on March 8, 1971.  FBI SID/covert ops workers in 2005-2025 have sometimes identified themselves as COINTELPRO.  Operation CHAOS was the CIA's secret police war against left-wing political activism and the counterculture.  The FBI SID, or the SID, the Special Intelligence Division, is an alleged FBI or interagency U.S. secret police task force that uses methamphetamine speed to keep illegal black ops/covert ops covert electronic psychological warfare or psywar repression workers in their top-secret hi-tech offices [or covert apartment/hotel rooms] functioning in emotionally draining, very screwed up, often sleep deprived, and tragically almost demonically evil working environments.  (Alleged illegal methamphetamine speed use by drained and short on sleep mind read and mind controlled cops illegally reading minds and illegal cocaine use by some drained mind readers illegally reading minds has allegedly often been tolerated by covert so-called "police" networks.)  Networks of at least sometimes paid covert or undercover police operatives, allegedly including FBI, allegedly unregulated FBI contractors, police, police undercover, probably CIA, military contractors, and/or deep state workers (including government agents and undercover cops), sometimes aka COINTELPRO, routinely infiltrate and disrupt social change events and presumably social change organizations also.  (I suspect that these covert operatives might often have different opinions and might often disagree and clash instead of work in unison.)

rce that allegedly engaged in political repression of targeted individuals and political activists from allegedly around 1979 to now.  It might have included or been made up by CIA/NSA mind control workers [specifically Jay Pendelton and alias B2] false-flagging as FBI SID.  Its mobile street harassment workers have sometimes identified themselves by using the words "COINTELPRO" and/or "psywar" [that sounded more dramatic than police/undercover/CIA/contractor/deep state/mind controlled and wanna-be-paid off and probably won't be fantasy undercover contractors].  Mind control workers combine very hi-tech political persecution including electronic harassment, mind reading, and mind control, blatantly illegal gangstalking and smearing political opponents, and the blatantly illegal widespread use of meth.
